Southern Wisconsin AHF
Southern Wisconsin AHF was established in 2009 as a result of the merging of the American Society of Healthcare Food Service Administrators (ASHFSA) and the National Society for Healthcare Foodservice Management (HFM). Southern Wisconsin AHF has its' roots with Southern Wisconsin ASHFSA, a group that was established in 1972. The Southern Wisconsin Chapter of the Association for Healthcare Foodservice (AHF) is an organization of leaders and innovators in the food service profession.
The organization's mission is to enhance and develop management skills of food service administrators while maintaining professional standards and ethics.
Members are involved in the administrative management of food service departments in healthcare organizations. Anyone in such a leadership position or interest in food service administration is welcome to join. Members include food service directors, food service managers and supervisors, certified dietary managers (CDMs), chief and clinical registered dietitians (RDs), dietetic technicians, registered (DTRs), executive chefs, dietary consultants, healthcare professional and food service educators.
